Every page below is written for its own streets, real walking times that match the map, the stations that genuinely help, and the scans each neighbourhood books most.

Getting to the clinic

However you travel, it’s a short journey

The clinic sits in the Harley Street medical district, ringed by stations. These are the practical facts, honestly stated.

Five Tube lines land within a twelve-minute walk of the door, and two national rail stations, Paddington and Marylebone: are a couple of stops or a short cab away, which is why patients come from far beyond these twelve neighbourhoods.

Every appointment is designed to complete in one visit: about twenty minutes of scanning, the findings explained in the room, and the written consultant report on your secure portal the same day.

Do you have other branches?

No, and honestly, that is the point. Harley Street Ultrasound Group is one clinic, at 99 Harley Street, W1G 6AQ, run to one standard: the same consultants, the same hospital-grade equipment and the same fixed prices for every patient.

Central London is small: every neighbourhood on this page is between six minutes’ walk and half an hour door to door. The twelve pages above exist to prove it, area by area.

Which areas do you serve?

All of central London, in practice, but we have written honest, street-level directions for the twelve neighbourhoods that reach us most easily: Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Mayfair, Regent’s Park, Soho and Bloomsbury within the inner walking ring; Paddington, St James’s, Covent Garden, St John’s Wood, Bayswater and Holborn a short ride beyond.

Living or working somewhere else? The clinic is a seven-minute walk from Great Portland Street station, start from your nearest line and you will rarely be more than half an hour away.

What is the easiest way to reach the clinic?

On foot from anywhere in Marylebone, Fitzrovia or Regent’s Park; by Tube from everywhere else, Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan) is seven minutes’ walk from our door, Regent’s Park (Bakerloo) eight, Oxford Circus (Victoria, Central, Bakerloo) eleven, and Baker Street’s five lines nine.

Arriving by rail, Paddington and Marylebone stations are both two stops or a short cab away, and each has its own directions page above.

Can I be seen the same day I book?

Often, yes: same-day and next-day appointments run across most scan types on weekdays, 8am to 8pm, plus Saturdays to 6pm. The closer you are, the easier they are to use: half our neighbourhoods can reach a released slot within the hour.

Call 0203 904 4441 and reception will tell you honestly what today holds.
